He served a mission in England, Newcaslte Conference, from 1909-1911. He attended BYU and the Univ. of Utah. He was sales manager for Covey Ballard Motor Company for 12 years. After this he became a real estate broker and participated in many important transactions in the Salt Lake Valley. He loved nature and was an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer.
